Learning path
The operator curriculum, rewritten as literacy. Frame the room, read the weather, score without buying, refuse a lean, then read proof without being sold.

Before any engine: name the room you are standing in.

Confusing the rooms is how a research desk becomes an advice product. GESH Learn stays in the publication room.
Phase · Frame
See why a product customers pay for is not the same object as an internal engine.
GESH is two rooms: a publication surface and an operator engine that is never sold. This course keeps the first room and teaches the second as instruments.
Why now. Before any engine: name the room you are standing in.
Try this. Open the desk. Confirm you cannot see a live book, a BUY chrome, or an autopilot switch.
Know which cash number is safe to study against — and which two lie.
Operator desks distinguish settled deployable cash, leveraged buying power, and a margin cash line that can print negative. Sizing against the wrong one is how books pretend they are smaller than they are.
Why now. You cannot size a thought until you know which cash is powder.
Try this. In the three-cashes lab, click buying power and say out loud why it is costume.
Phase · Read
Read trending vs ranging and a macro backdrop without turning a label into a ticket.
ADX + band width + RSI as weather. Fed funds, the 10Y–2Y curve, and CPI as a backdrop. The moment “ranging” becomes “therefore buy X,” you have left the classroom.
Why now. A book is read against weather, not against a forecast.
Try this. Push the regime sliders until the label flips. Then open stress weather and watch the grid go one color.
Use a toy fan and a Kelly glass without treating either as a promise or an order.
The operator desk can print share deltas. This classroom will not. f* stays a formula. VaR stays a percentile of chalk.
Why now. Now you have language for holes. Here is a fan and a fraction that still are not tickets.
Try this. In the risk fan, find the 5th percentile. In Kelly, cut p until f* goes quiet.
Phase · Score
Watch a voting rule produce a lean — and refuse to hear BUY in it.
Ten directional votes. Kelly and cycle study are shown and silent. Disagreement is data. The educational edition drops STRONG BUY / SELL chrome on purpose.
Why now. A tally is the first thing students hear as an order. It is not.
Try this. In the consensus classroom, force two nodes to abstain. Notice the lean get quieter, not louder.
Treat fluent text as untrusted until a price is on the table. Empty news abstains.
A serious stack passes the last quote in so a model cannot invent a price. Zero articles means the news node must abstain — never fabricate a mood.
Why now. You have seen a vote. Now see why a paragraph is not evidence.
Try this. Write a five-line note that names the quote age. If you cannot, the note is not finished.
Understand why every student sees the same model book.
Money masking is not a gimmick. A publication that sized each person’s book would start to look like advice. One impersonal book is how this stays a classroom.
Why now. You have used the engines. Here is why the book never becomes yours.
Try this. On the radar, concentrate the book until HHI jumps. That is a reading, not a recommendation to trim.
Phase · Refuse
See a process refuse an idea. A failed gate is not a stock grade.
Kill switch, hours, confidence, position cap, rate, cash floor, daily-loss brake, freshness. Several gates protect you from yourself, not from a “bad name.”
Why now. A lean is an input. A gate can still refuse it.
Try this. Open the gates lab on “Five leans, zero fills.” Read the cap as a size rule, not a stock grade.
Borrow the desk’s cadence as a study week — never as autopilot.
Snapshot → engines → one grounded note → gate audit → a labeled report. Deterministic. No hand-edited prophecy. Autopilot is an operator tool and is not sold here.
Why now. Process is a weekday chain. Hunger is a hunt. Only the first is teachable.
Try this. Plan five study days. If a day has no snapshot time, it is not a study day — it is a browse.
Journal a motion. Label it hypothetical forever.
There is no brokerage hookup. A tidy blotter is not courage and not a track record.
Why now. You know the gates. Now practice recording a motion without promoting it.
Try this. Journal one hypothetical fill and write the fee you pretended not to pay.
Phase · Prove
Read a hypothetical ledger without being sold by it.
Win rate is descriptive. Sample size, expectancy, drawdown, and honest losses matter more. This course will not claim a live edge, and it will not let a paper page become a sales boast.
Why now. The last literacy is not a better pick. It is refusing to be impressed.
Try this. On any ledger, find the sample size and the worst hole before you look at the win rate.
