Tuition buys access to impersonal educational materials: lessons, quizzes, a shared classroom model book, hypothetical paper practice, and (on Studio) labs and a guarded tutor. Outputs are research metrics and teaching analysis in the same category as an RSI reading or a backtest — information, not instructions.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing displayed is a recommendation to buy or sell. GESH owes you no fiduciary duty and does not tailor output to your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

3. Subscriptions

Preview enrollment on this device is not a card charge. When public billing is live, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; access continues through the paid period. Price changes will be noticed in advance. Refunds follow the merchant-of-record policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute GESH outputs as personalized investment advice, nor represent GESH as a registered adviser.

5. As-is

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses arising from use of the classroom. Nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived under federal or state securities law.
